This shop is located deep in a residential area, marked by a pile of firewood. Upon entering, you are greeted by shelves lined with a variety of breads, and the aroma alone brings happiness. The French bread is moist and elastic on the inside, making you feel blissful with just one bite. The rye bread is said to be a 30% blend, and despite its rustic flavor, it is surprisingly delicious in a gentle way. Perhaps because it is baked with firewood, the dough retains just the right amount of moisture, resulting in a rich aroma. In the eat-in space with a fireplace, you can slowly savor it with coffee, warming your heart.
