This shop is located deep in a residential area, marked by a pile of firewood. Upon entering, you are greeted by shelves lined with a variety of breads, and the aroma alone brings happiness. The rye bread is said to be a 30% blend, and despite its rustic flavor, it is surprisingly delicious in a gentle way. Perhaps because it is baked with firewood, the dough retains just the right amount of moisture, resulting in a rich aroma.
