Upon entering the restaurant, the calm atmosphere and spacious counter and tatami seating create a relaxing environment. The veteran chef skillfully prepares fresh ingredients, including medium fatty tuna, white fish, and sea urchin, all of which have a delightful aroma. After a salad is served, the soup and sushi follow in a pleasant rhythm, making the dining experience enjoyable. Tempura, grilled fish, and seasonal appetizers are also available, each highlighting the natural sweetness of the ingredients. The fried squid and fluffy omelet are so delicious that you'll want to order more. I think it's perfect for gatherings with friends, as you can leisurely enjoy generous portions of food while sipping on drinks in a private room.
