Sitting at the counter, a relaxed atmosphere spreads out, calming my mind. The simmered eggplant, fried food, and bell pepper had a gentle, homey flavor that was perfect for starting. The fluffy dashimaki with mozuku and the crispy corn and mozuku tempura were enjoyable with their contrasting textures. The pork tempura and carrot shirishiri had just the right amount of saltiness, making it easy to enjoy with drinks. The popping sea grapes with shiso dressing were refreshing and so delicious that I couldn't stop eating. The rich and creamy soki soba wrapped things up nicely, leaving me satisfied all the way through to dessert.
