This shop located in the Inari Street shopping district has a counter and table seating, as well as a second floor where you can relax comfortably. The signature dish, meat grilled on a lava plate, is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and I was impressed from the very first bite. The seafood, such as rock oysters and white shrimp delivered directly from Noto, is also fresh, and the whale sashimi has a melting texture. In addition to meat dishes, there are thick, hearty hamburgers and rich pork steaks, and every dish is enjoyable down to the last drop of sauce. The homemade pudding for dessert is creamy, with a slightly bitter caramel and light whipped cream providing a nice accent. The friendly service from the owner creates a warm atmosphere where you can relax whether you're alone or with family.
