I had heard that they had received a Michelin star, but from the moment I stepped through the noren, I felt a warmth that exceeded my expectations. The interior is softly adorned with seasonal flowers, and the calm decor is very comfortable. The water month tofu and the eight delicacies that signal the beginning of the course are colorful, and I couldn't help but be captivated by the beauty of the dishes. The perfectly cut conger eel soup and the fragrant dobin mushi were delicious, with a gentle broth that permeated my body. The dishes that utilized the sweetness of the ingredients, such as the corn puree and burdock rice, were also impressive, and I couldn't put my chopsticks down. There is a variety of local sake from Nara, and you can enjoy a wonderful time savoring it slowly at a quiet table.

During the lunch kaiseki, the soup made with pike eel wafts a delicate aroma, showcasing the skill of the bone-cutting technique. The sashimi features Indian tuna and cuttlefish, with the refreshing wasabi enhancing the flavors even more. The eight delicacies include surprises like persimmon leaf sushi and corn puree, making the presentation of the dishes enjoyable. Following that, the tempura of sweetfish and a warm dish of knife fish are lightly fried to perfection, with their aroma being a delight. Even the final dish of burdock rice and seasonal fruit jelly is meticulously prepared, leaving you with a comforting sense of happiness.
