The skewers are grilled slowly over charcoal right in front of you, and the savory aroma alone is exciting. The chicken is fresh and tender, and you can clearly taste the umami whether it's with sauce or salt. The negima and tsukune are full of meatiness, and with each bite, the juices spread in your mouth. There are also a variety of side dishes like stuffed bell peppers and chicken neck with ponzu, all of which showcase careful cooking. It's a wonderful place where regulars gather, and it's easy to enjoy delicious skewers.
