As I sit at the counter enveloped in fragrant smoke, I feel excited watching the skewers being grilled right in front of me. Each skewer is surprisingly large, and when I take a bite, the juices burst forth. The salt-seasoned gizzards and negima have a perfect balance of chewiness and juiciness that left me impressed. The fluffy tsukune and the rare grilled chicken breast with wasabi are delicious enough to bring a smile to my face. The lively atmosphere filled with regular customers and the cheerful voice of the chef further whets my appetite. I think this is the perfect place to enjoy yakitori in a casual setting.
