We had two kinds of sake from Fukui Prefecture. We enjoyed sesame tofu, spicy wasabi leaves and pickled Chinese cabbage made by your mother. We also had soba shochu with sobayu (buckwheat water), and soba noodles are made in a rather maniacal way. The soba noodles are made in a rather maniacal way, and each slurp is different as you savor it with a sense of the care that the chef has for the producers of the soba noodles. I was satisfied with the food.
