The calm private room with a traditional Japanese style is spacious, allowing you to relax while feeling the charm of the past. The course dishes are carefully prepared, and the seasonal freshness is clearly conveyed. The eel soup has a smooth texture that communicates its freshness. The kombu-marinated sea bream and sesame tofu leave a lasting impression with their flavors, and you can even enjoy the fragrant matsutake rice. The smoked salmon is so delicious that it brings a smile to your face, and even I, who am not fond of fish, could easily eat it. The sake enhances the flavors of the dishes, and the happiness continues all the way to the matcha shaved ice for dessert.
