A cozy hidden café with a calm atmosphere

CYGNE is a charming café located in the Akihabara district of Niigata City, featuring beautiful wood-themed interiors. It houses both a bakery and a cake shop, with all offerings being undeniably delicious. The hamburger topped with a generous amount of demi-glace sauce is particularly exquisite. Additionally, there is a wide variety of visually appealing desserts, including intricately designed swan-shaped cakes.

It's a charming little shop with a lovely atmosphere, and I'm captivated by the cakes in the showcase. I particularly enjoyed the lemon-scented cheesecake and the fruit-filled roll. There is a café corner at the back of the shop where you can relax comfortably. The cake set allows you to choose from homemade sorbet or ice cream, and it even comes with fruit and a small cream puff shaped like a swan, which is delightful. You can refill your hot coffee, and at the end of your meal, they serve baked sweets, which adds to the satisfaction. The chocolate cake is not overly sweet and pairs well with alcohol, which I liked.
