In a cozy little shop, the counter is comfortable, making it easy to relax even when alone. The first dish served, simmered pork cartilage, is made with great care and brings a smile to your face. The sashimi platter of flounder, sea bream, and black sea bream is fresh, and the umami is distinctly felt. The homemade tsukune (chicken meatballs) are fluffy and aromatic, and enjoying them slowly with sea cucumber vinegar is the best. The butter-grilled scallops, extra-large shishito peppers, grilled asparagus, sake-steamed clams, and bone crackers are also perfect for snacking. To finish, the salmon chazuke (rice with tea) is fragrant, and its compatibility with the dashi broth is outstanding, leaving you completely satisfied.
