When you enter the restaurant, the cheerful staff will carefully explain the day's recommendations. The set meals come with rice and a main dish, along with small side dishes, pickles, and salad, all of which have a gentle flavor. The freshly fried horse mackerel is fluffy, and the pork cutlet is crispy and satisfying. The soups and chawanmushi (savory egg custard) also have a gentle taste, with the egg-filled clear soup being particularly memorable. In the evening, there are course meals and all-you-can-drink options, and the timing of the dishes and attention to drinks is excellent. You can enjoy well-chilled draft beer and monkfish, and there is even coffee service after the meal, making for a pleasant experience.
