The restaurant is stylish, with jazzy background music from BOSE speakers and a givier atmosphere. I ordered the shishi-nabe miso nikomi udon, which has a light taste with white miso, giving it a Kansai flavor. Perhaps they use miso for shishi-nabe with lots of ingredients. The soft Osaka udon noodles are also delicious, making this arrangement an easy way to enjoy the atmosphere of botan nabe. The wild boar meat is firm and tasty. I would like to visit this restaurant again.
