This is a long-established restaurant that specializes in tonkatsu and Chinese cuisine. The freshly fried katsu has a crispy coating and is very tender on the inside. You can really taste the richness of the meat, and you can feel the care taken in its preparation. The miso soup with clams and the homemade-style pickles do a great job, making the rice go down easily. You can also enjoy side dishes like spaghetti, grilled eggplant, simmered daikon in a small bowl, natto, and wasabi pickles. The elderly staff manage the place briskly, and you can feel their desire for you to eat your fill.
