As soon as you enter, there are table seats, and at the back, there is a counter. The case displays the fresh ingredients of the day. The grilled silver cod is rich in fat and melts in your mouth. The sushi is easy to eat with smaller rice balls, and the sweet shrimp marinated in kelp and the seared red snapper leave a lasting impression. You can also enjoy chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and miso soup, and the final castella (sponge cake) is fluffy. The selection of sake is abundant, allowing you to enjoy the pairing with the dishes.
