This is a place where you can casually enjoy Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The interior is bright and clean, with spacious table seating. When you place your order, the owner carefully cooks it on a large iron plate, and the sizzling sound whets your appetite. The finished okonomiyaki is full-sized, with plenty of cabbage and bean sprouts, and the soba or udon noodles are well mixed in. The layer of egg is fluffy, the batter is chewy, and the slightly sweet sauce ties everything together perfectly. The shredded cabbage salad and the tonpeiyaki are also infused with a garlic aroma, making it hard to put down my chopsticks.
