The local seafood was the main focus, and everything was fresh. The nigiri of yellowtail and young yellowtail had a good balance of fat, and the umami was clearly felt. The large clam had a crunchy texture, allowing enjoyment of both nigiri and sashimi. The miso soup, which gently brought out the flavor of the fish, was elegant and comforting. The grilled fish also looked very delicious. The staff were kind and made it a pleasant dining experience.
