The interior of the restaurant is divided into a counter and tatami seating, which is nice because you can choose according to your mood. There is a parking lot right in front, making it easy to stop by even with luggage. The dishes, centered around fish and vegetables, are beautifully presented, and I feel excited every time they are brought to the table. The seasonal small bowls, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), and soup are all carefully seasoned, with a gentle dashi that seeps into the body. In particular, the combination of yellowtail and daikon, along with the grilled dishes, stood out for their savory aroma and umami, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. Even the cold water served from local sources was delicious, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant dining experience until the very end.
