In a quiet factory direct sales store located in the forest, the aroma of yuba is pleasant. The fresh yuba is thick, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a chewy texture and the rich flavor of soybeans spreads. When eaten with a bit of wasabi and soy sauce, it goes down smoothly and is very delicious. Inside the store, there are many different shapes and types of yuba displayed, making it enjoyable just to look at. A bowl of light-flavored soup with various types of yuba was also memorable, as the broth was well-seasoned. Here, you can also learn about the different ways to make and refer to 'yuba,' which adds a little bit of education to the experience.
