When we stayed at Hoshino Resort Tomamu I came here for breakfast. There are three restaurants on the premises to choose from for breakfast, I chose this one because it seemed to be the easiest to stop by on the way back from the gondola. The specialties are freshly made French toast and miso ramen noodles. Both are made and served on the spot. The French toast is my favorite type, thick and thick inside. My parents liked it so much that they ordered more than once, After returning home, she continued to make the same dish for a while. The miso ramen was a mini type, It was just as good as usual. The vegetables and fruits were delicious, The fruit orange was especially good, with herbs and a fresh aroma.
