This restaurant serves hot steaks immediately after you buy a meal ticket, so the wait time is short, which is great. The harami (skirt steak) is thick yet very tender, and you can enjoy grilling it to your liking on a lava plate. The various sauces provided on the table are all unique, so you won't get bored as you change up the flavors until the end. The rice and miso soup are self-serve and can be refilled freely, allowing you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the meat. There are also plenty of side dishes like kimchi, pickles, salted squid, and beef shigureni, which go perfectly with the rice. Additionally, they even serve eggs, so finishing off with a beef shigureni egg bowl provided the utmost satisfaction.
