The small shop, just a short walk from the station, is always lively and exciting. The broth of the fresh noodle pho has no unpleasant smell, and the depth of flavor is profound, with a gentle saltiness that impressed me from the first sip. The pho topped with rare beef and shoulder brisket pairs perfectly with the soft texture of the noodles, allowing for enjoyment without getting tired of it until the end. The stir-fried beef pho has a subtle smokiness that adds a different richness compared to regular pho. The half-size banh mi has a crispy exterior, a fluffy interior, and fresh ingredients, with a mildly spicy sauce that lingers. The fried spring rolls and Vietnamese sausage are also crunchy and fragrant, and adding the chili garlic vinegar from the table elevates the deliciousness even more.
