The herring is surprisingly soft and has a delicious flakiness. The soba is long and has a smooth texture that goes down easily, creating a pleasant balance with the dipping sauce. The warm dipping sauce has a strong bonito flavor, and despite its gentle color, it provides a satisfying experience. The dipping sauce for the cold soba has a rich flavor of tamari soy sauce, which pairs well with the cold noodles. The restaurant has table seating and raised tatami areas, and the waiting area is also comfortable. It's enjoyable to watch the dishes being brought out one after another from the small window.
