The sashimi, including sea bream, yellowtail, and flounder, is plump and releases flavor with each bite. It's enjoyable to serve it over rice like a seafood bowl according to your preference. The tempura includes shrimp, whiting, and eggplant, all of which are easy to eat. The simmered fish has a slightly sweet seasoning and a generous portion, providing a sense of satisfaction.
