When you open the door, you can relax in a retro atmosphere. The dumplings have a chewy skin, and the filling of vegetables and meat is juicy, pairing well with the miso sauce. The yakisoba has thin noodles with a good bite, and is rich in flavor with plenty of ingredients in a Worcestershire sauce style. The fried chicken has a crispy coating, infused with garlic soy sauce, providing a satisfying experience. The Tianjin rice is filled with bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms, offering a well-rounded flavor that I really enjoy. I feel that the preparation and cooking are done with care, and this place allows you to fully appreciate the charm of local Chinese cuisine.
