I was surprised that despite being a chain restaurant, they are very particular about the taste. The time from ordering to serving is quick, and you can enjoy the fluffy, thick eel right away. It's so large that it slightly overflows from the box, and when you pick it up with chopsticks, the flesh crumbles softly. The wasabi served with the eel is a perfect match, and the explanation for the extra sauce was thorough. The second floor has table seating where you can relax without shoes, making it comfortable for families to spend time together. Since you can easily enjoy the authentic taste of eel, it seems like I will have more opportunities to eat eel.
