At an auberge located at the foot of Mount Ooyama, you can enjoy meals while feeling close to nature. From the very first dish, there is a wealth of creativity packed in, and the flow of flavors is beautiful. The cuisine mainly features local ingredients, with the essence of deer and duck delicately drawn out. The homemade sourdough bread has a wonderful aroma and a pleasant texture. Not only is there a selection of wine, but also a rich variety of Chinese tea, making the pairing suggestions very fitting. The time spent in this quiet space is also comfortable, and the aftertaste lingers even after the meal.
