When you make a reservation and visit, you can enjoy yakiniku in a calm space that feels almost like a private room. A5 grade black wagyu is hand-cut on the spot, and the thick cuts are impressive. Each part is lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavor even without sauce. Since it is grilled with an infrared heater, there is no smoke, so you can focus without worrying about the smell on your clothes. The moon-viewing heart sashimi, coated with creamy egg and sesame oil, is accented by fragrant green onions and is the best. The tongue, seasoned with black pepper, has a lingering taste that makes you curious about other rare cuts.
