The interior has both a counter and tables, and it is more spacious than I imagined, allowing for a relaxed time. The freshly fried, crispy cutlet pairs wonderfully with the curry that has a rich flavor from the simmering, making it very delicious. The aroma of cardamom gently spreads, offering a rich scent that is not too sharp and has a pleasant taste. The diced wagyu beef cheek is tender and crumbles easily, while the texture of the onions and finely chopped carrots provide a nice accent. The hamburger is of a suitable size, juicy, and satisfying. The soup and salad are also well-prepared, and overall, it evokes a sense of nostalgic Western cuisine.
