I asked for the course to be left to the chef, and every dish was satisfying in taste. The sashimi, in particular, was abundant, and the fatty parts were beautiful and vibrant. The style of eating it with wasabi and salt was perfect, and the homemade wasabi mix had a lovely aroma. The mapo tofu, meat, and fish marinated in soy sauce were rich in flavor, making it hard to stop eating. The portions were generous, and it was great that any leftovers could be taken home in the provided containers. There were various types of sake, and the staff helped me choose according to my preferences, making the system of refilling after finishing the glass easy to understand.
