There are many side dishes lined up, and just looking at them makes me excited. You place the small bowls on the tray yourself and then request rice and soup at the end. The rice cooked in a pot has a wonderful aroma and is very delicious. The simmered sardines with plum and the deep-fried tofu have a gentle flavor, and you can really taste the umami of the dashi. The stir-fried eggplant and pork with ponzu has large eggplants that provide a sense of satisfaction, and the soup with clams is also full of ingredients. You can pour your own tea and return the dishes, allowing you to enjoy your meal with your preferred combinations.
