The seafood is very abundant, and you can enjoy the local flavors to the fullest. The sashimi platter is firm and fresh, with the snapper and yellowtail being particularly impressive. The thick fried tofu from Tochigi with natto has a crispy surface and a savory aroma, which pairs well with ginger soy sauce. The yellowtail cutlet has a crunchy coating and is moist inside, complementing the sauce and mustard perfectly. The boiled dish served as an appetizer is also delicious, setting a great mood from the start. The drink selection ranges from beer to sake to sparkling options, all of which pair excellently with the food.
