Handmade Seafood Jajang is a fantastic restaurant known for its rich and well-cooked soup and chewy noodles. The portions are generous, with enough for five chopsticks. The reviewer couldn't eat much due to a hangover, but the texture of the shrimp chili and the noodles in the jjajangmyeon were exquisite. The Chinese cold noodles were also chewy and had a great texture. Please give it a try.
