Upon entering the restaurant, I was guided to the counter by a friendly staff member, and the interior was clean and pleasant. The pork cutlet was tender, and when paired with sweet sauce and ground sesame, the aroma spread wonderfully. The miso soup, with its combination of seaweed, fried tofu, and green onion, had a comforting deliciousness. The cabbage was also soft and could be enjoyed refreshingly alongside the fried dishes. The mixed fry allowed me to enjoy pork fillet cutlet, shrimp fry, and whiting fry, with the shrimp being impressive and satisfying. The richness of the fat was just right, and it was irresistible how easily it could be cut with chopsticks.
