When you enter the restaurant for lunch, a hot iron plate arrives in front of you, steaming. The aroma of garlic spreads gently, and suddenly my stomach growled. It's interesting how the cabbage and pork are pushed to one side, and the spicy miso is dissolved in the fragrant oil that pools on the tilted iron plate. When mixed together, the crunchy vegetables and the perfectly chewy meat gain richness, resulting in an irresistible deliciousness.
