Today's Lunch🍛. Curry shop "European Curry KEN" near Hokkaido University 🍛🍛 Ordered their signature hamburger steak curry🙏🙏. It takes 20 minutes at the earliest to cook the hamburger steak because it is made to order and then slowly grilled ⸜( °. Most of the customers in the restaurant seem to be eating the hamburger steak curry and no one has eaten it yet. The hamburger on the rice finally came out with a nice smell 🍛. The hamburger is 300 grams and it's so thick and chunky 😳 how did they cook this 😳? I tried it right away and it was worth the 20+ minute wait 🙏. I felt the flavor from the slow-cooked roux surged into my mouth, and the juices from the hamburger overflowed, and when the roux and hamburger combined in my mouth, I wanted to die like this, even though I was overreacting 👍 lol. It was very delicious 🙏. The person next to me ordered the chicken leg curry and when I looked at it quietly with a sideways glance, I saw that it was loosened with just a spoon and only two thin bones were left by the time I finished eating it. Thanks for the food 🙏🌷 #🍛

I thought Kroc was the only choice for roux curry in Sapporo. Curry KEN is just as good. The roux, chicken and another hamburger steak are all very good! Highly recommended!
