When you add bean sprouts, leafy greens, and basil, and squeeze some lemon, the aroma spreads and it's the best. You can enjoy variations in flavor by adding Vietnamese soy sauce, chili sauce, and pickled garlic from the condiments on the table. The banh mi has a fragrant bread that balances well with the filling, and the beef meatballs can be enjoyed with two types of sauce. Ordering is done by writing on paper and handing it to the staff, and they kindly teach you how to eat, making for a pleasant experience.
