You can enjoy dishes that showcase the skills honed in Ginza, with a sense of care in every plate. The seafood bowl is beautifully arranged with marinated sashimi, shiso, tamagoyaki, and gari, and when you take a bite, the umami spreads in your mouth. The flow of the meal is smooth, from appetizers and soup to sashimi, grilled dishes, simmered dishes, and rice cooked with seasonal ingredients, allowing you to fully experience the flavors of the season. When you lightly dip the madai (sea bream) with its liver in soy sauce, the creaminess and umami combine to create a delightful experience. The grilling of the wagyu beef and the doneness of the steak are also impressive, with a remarkable aroma and juiciness.
