Unagi Ichifuku is a long-established unagi specialty shop with over 50 years of history. They carefully select blue eel from Yoshida, Shizuoka Prefecture, and steam it gently with their homemade sauce, resulting in an unaju that melts in your mouth with blissful flavor. The sauce, made without sugar or mirin and sweetened naturally with honey, enhances the umami of the eel even further. Enjoy a heartwarming time along with the richly flavored unaju.
