This is a well-regarded local restaurant, and the atmosphere inside is always lively. It has a calm ambiance, making it enjoyable even for first-time visitors. The variety of ingredients visible from the counter is exciting, and choosing what you like is a thrill. The sashimi is served in small portions with a variety of selections, allowing you to enjoy them as snacks. The sushi has a good balance, with the rice not overpowering the toppings, and the kohada, marinated kelp with roe, and simmered eel were particularly impressive. The service is quick, and I appreciate the thoughtful touch of being served strawberries after the meal.
