The calm interior of the restaurant, with its tatami mats and tables, creates an exciting atmosphere around the shichirin (charcoal grill). The beef offal has a plump texture and is surprisingly free of any odor. The homemade sauce that accompanies the beautifully grilled meat is irresistibly delicious. The stone pot bibimbap and smooth cold noodles are also substantial, allowing for enjoyment even before the grilled dishes arrive. During lunch, sets like champon and stir-fried liver with garlic chives are available, providing a very high level of satisfaction. It's a hidden gem where you can relax, making me want to recommend it to my meat-loving friends.
