This is a cozy little shop centered around an L-shaped counter, with a pleasant and calm atmosphere. The staff in traditional Japanese attire carefully grill skewers, and just watching them is enjoyable. When you place an order, drinks and appetizers are served immediately, which lifts your spirits from the start. The skewers are grilled to perfection for each cut of meat, and the seasoning with salt is light, making them easy to enjoy one after another. They pair well with sake, offering a flavor that doesn't overpower the aroma. There are regular customers, creating a homey atmosphere, so you can drop by alone and relax.
