I visited the restaurant for the first time and ordered the 鷄テン bukkake udon. The appearance of the udon was mesmerizing, but when I tried it, it was firm and had just the right amount of saltiness. The owner's good taste was evident in the shiso tempura and lemon garnish. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you for the food.
