The entrance conveys a sense of traditional Japanese aesthetics, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere. We were able to spend time comfortably in a private room, and the conversation flowed naturally. The sashimi layered with sea bream and sea urchin was impressive, and the flavors of the tuna and squid were distinctly enjoyable. The appetizers, featuring a combination of persimmon and walnuts, as well as cod liver and milt, were delightful, and the presentation was eye-catching. The gentle flavor of the steamed turnip and the interesting taste of the sea cucumber in vinegar made it hard to put down my chopsticks. Even the rice and Nara pickles were delicious, and the attentive service made for a pleasant and happy time.
