I enjoyed a variety of Matsukado. It included dishes like hassun, sashimi, tempura, and even soba, with each item being carefully prepared and satisfying. Seasonal flavors such as matsutake rice, crab shinjo, and duck breast were presented, all of which were delicious and delightful. The dessert, crème brûlée, was fragrant and paired perfectly with coffee. In the mini kaiseki, the Matsukado came with separate sashimi and tempura, and I could also enjoy cold chawanmushi and sweetfish. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the rice refill service and the option to choose drinks.
