It is pleasant to see the cooking right in front of you, and the moderate conversation is comforting. A dish that values the taste of the ingredients continues, conveying the goodness of Hokkaido. The soba with mullet roe has a rich aroma, and the more you chew, the more umami spreads. The grilled Spanish mackerel had a fragrant skin and the flesh was plump and impressive. The roast beef from Miyazaki beef was cooked just right, and it brings happiness when you put it in your mouth. The finishing nigiri is also visually beautiful, providing satisfaction until the very end.

The design allows you to see the kitchen, creating a sense of immersion in the cooking process, and the comfortable distance for conversation is pleasant. Every dish is of high quality, and I feel it showcases the blessings of Hokkaido through Japanese cuisine. The grilled Spanish mackerel is fragrant and left a strong impression on me. The roast beef from Miyazaki is moist and full of flavor. The karasumi soba has a rich taste that brings a smile to my face. The sushi served at the end of the course was beautiful and very satisfying.
