The interior is spacious, with both counter and table seating, making it easy to enter even alone. There are many types of grilled offal, and all the skewers ordered with sauce are fragrant and satisfying. The grilled intestines have a rich flavor that I particularly liked. The green onions are grilled gently, have a sweetness, and the saltiness is just right. The raw intestines have a crunchy texture and can be adjusted to your liking with table vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and aonori (green seaweed). You can choose from large mugs of draft beer, and there is also a mega-sized oolong highball, making it quite satisfying to drink.
