In a calm atmosphere of an izakaya, you can relax at both the counter and the tatami seating. The style of writing down the skewers you want on paper and choosing between sauce or salt is easy to understand. The specialty pork liver is large, with a crispy outside and moist inside, and the bouncy texture is irresistible. The grilled pork cheek, tsukune (chicken meatballs), and grilled chicken breast with plum are all flavorful, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The beef offal stew is rich in flavor even in the broth, allowing you to experience a unique taste. Dishes like fresh jellyfish, fried small shrimp, and parent-child tofu are also enjoyable, making you want to linger longer.
