You can see the craftsman's skill from the counter, which is exciting. The lunch set includes sushi, rolls, small dishes, salad, chawanmushi (savory egg custard), and soup, providing a sense of satisfaction. There is also red miso soup with crab shell, which had a pleasant aroma and left a lasting impression. The chawanmushi is infused with dashi (broth) and has a gentle texture. There is a variety of sake available, and you can choose between counter seating or tatami mat rooms to relax. They serve warm tea at the beginning and end, allowing you to enjoy the freshly made dishes at a leisurely pace.
