I am happy that they wrap it up after I place my order. Each one is compact, and I can enjoy as many as I want. The deep flavor of the Shinshu miso dipping sauce is perfect, and the ones with shiso are refreshing. The fried type has a firm skin with a satisfying crunch. The boiled dumplings have a smooth texture that goes down easily, and I love the chewy feel. Takeout is also available, and the counter and raised seating area make it a comfortable place.
